As our Play Cafe Manager, you'll run the day to day flow of the cafe and play space. You make sure kids are safe, parents feel welcome, sales quotas are hit and the team works smoothly.

You are the heart of the floor.

Qualifications:

• Experience in cafe, retail, hospitality, or play spaces
• Graduate of BS Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management or other related degrees
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Calm, organized, and solutions focused
• Loves working with families and young children
• Bonus if you have childcare or early education exposure
• Willing to work at Ayala Malls Nuvali especially on weekends
