Position Title: Manager – Plant Controller (Finance)

Role Overview
We are looking for a strong manufacturing finance professional to lead plant controlling, product costing, and profitability analysis in a fast-paced FMCG beverage environment. The role will drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, and pricing decisions across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plant Controlling & Costing
Manage end-to-end product costing including raw materials, packaging, labor & overheads
Monitor manufacturing cost performance and operational efficiency
Analyze standard vs. actual variances and highlight corrective actions
Profitability & Business Finance
Conduct SKU-level profitability analysis across Retail, HoReCa & Modern Trade
Prepare monthly margin & plant performance reports<...
