Experience: 12+ years of experience.

Job Description:

· Responsible for complete plant operations of Notebook / Exercise Book manufacturing unit.

· Manage production planning, manpower, machine utilization, and daily plant activities.

·· Handle production efficiency, wastage control, cost optimization, and productivity improvement.

· Lead and supervise production, maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch teams.

· Hands-on exposure to notebook/exercise book production lines.
