The Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) is the incorporated governing body for Catholic schools across the Catholic Diocese of Ballarat in regional Victoria. Through Catholic Education Ballarat, DOBCEL governs a network of 56 schools (51 primary and 5 secondary), educating more than 13,500 students, and is an Australian registered entity. It provides system-wide leadership, governance, and specialist services to support schools and their communities across the diocese, with offices in Ballarat, Mildura, Horsham, Swan Hill and Warrnambool. DOBCEL is seeking a proven leader in Policy, Risk and Assurance to deliver business excellence across the Diocese.
