Job Description

  • Manage Post-Ops Executives to ensure tasks are completed on-time.
  • Ensure attendances / assessment results / payment of partnership fees / issue of certificates etc. as part of post-operations are completed, and invoices raised accurately.
  • Own and continuously improve Post-Ops SOPs and Work Instructions, aligned to funding agency requirements and adherence to all company policies.
  • Ensure all e-Attendances are tracked and monitored for non-compliance.
  • Ensure timely submissions of appeals and follow up closely with funding agencies.
  • Ensure timely processing of incoming email requests from internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure make-up classes are assigned and prepared within stipulated timeframe.
  • Ensure timely follow up of additional ad-hoc requests from corporate clients.
  • Ensure SOP/processes are complied with to meet funding agency audit requirements.
