Job Description:

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the press department to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Monitor and optimize pressing parameters (pressure, cycle time, die condition, etc.) to maintain consistent product quality.
• Coordinate press schedules based on production targets and inventory requirements

Equipment and Process Oversight

• Ensure proper functioning, calibration, and maintenance of all pressing machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or preventive maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and increase throughput.

Team Leadership and Supervision

• Supervise and manage a team of press operators, technicians, and shift supervisors.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training on safe and efficient operation.
