Responsible to develop and create the center of excellence, EDM in Malaysia.

Support America’s offshore model through EDM

Accountable for the quality of the services delivered & for the management of a team or an activity - First level of escalation

Accountable for procedures' validation and implementation and setting clear business objectives for all reports appraisals

Promote quality client service by motivating, coaching and developing team members

Identify and share development and training needs, design training plan for the year
