• Technical Assessment of Regulatory and AI Requirements: Evaluate and translate privacy, regulatory, and AI mandates (e.g., explainability, algorithmic fairness, data localization, consent management, accountability) into technical requirements and robust system designs.
• Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) & Technical Risk Reviews: Lead and conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and technical reviews of new products, systems, or significant changes, ensuring identification and mitigation of privacy and compliance risks in line with global data protection requirements.
