Job Description

Job Overview:

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing process engineering and project management activities related to the production of ferrite magnets. Optimize the wet magnet assembly process and implement the Black Hole Strategy to achieve optimal production efficiency. Duties also include managing the raw material 500T process and CT emission reduction projects.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with global subsidiaries to develop comprehensive project development roadmaps and action plans, ensuring seamless implementation of the wet magnet assembly process and the Black Hole Strategy.
  • Efficiently manage manufacturing resources by optimizing production capacity through strategic planning and resource allocation within the Request for Quote (RFQ) process.
  • Lead and manage the process engineering team, providing guidance and motivation to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
