Responsible of developing and transferring new process technologies and new equipment from R&D to high volume manufacturing.
Responsible for developing, transferring and qualification of new process technologies and new equipment from R&D to high volume manufacturing.
Achieving process capability and stability targets (cpK, UPH, yield) with 6 sigma methods.
Lead the set up and qualification of new equipment for high volume manufacturing.
Formulate and deploy process and equipment improvement road maps.
Lead the department of process engineers to work for productivity improvements, cost excellence and business excellence projects.
Lead the team in systematic problem-solving approaches and develop the team, building up the core competency and expertise.
Work cross-functionally in a collaborative mode with multiple groups including R&D, Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve ...
