The Role:

Entegris is seeking an MC Process Manager in Kaohsiung Science Park (KSP), Taiwan who will manage overall process capabilities, cross functional communications, daily operations support and coach direct report process engineers. The candidate will report to Manager, Process Engineering in KSP. The candidate’s initial primary focus is:

• Coach team to meet all requirements such as codes of conduct, company policies, local/global regulations and EHS requirements.

• Lead team to work closely with other functional teams in an efficient and effective way.

• Lead team to setup reliable process parameters by using scientific approaches.

• Lead long term projects to bring benefits to company and share the best practices.
