Manager Procurement

Overview

Job Purpose: As Manager Procurement for Mashreq Bank Pakistan Limited (MBPL), this position is an extension of Centralized Procurement Dept. (CPD) and works in close conjunction with it. The main purpose of this position is to manage the various responsibilities related to procurement of goods and services from third Parties in MBPL. In this connection, the Procurement Manager would interact with different internal stakeholders, systems, workflows etc. This role is envisaged to provide independent oversight, review and compliance to Bank’s Procurement Policy and Procedures, as applicable to MBPL.

Responsibilities

• Keeping in line with the overall risk and regulatory framework, ensure purchasing activity for the Bank is carried out within the ambit and conformity of all the applicable rules, laws, policies and regulations.
