Manager - Procurement & Supply Chain

About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to oversee and coordinate our India-based operations team. This is a management-focused role — you will be responsible for bringing structure, accountability, and operational discipline to a team of approximately 12 people covering manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics functions.
This is not a hands-on procurement role. You will not be negotiating contracts or managing vendors directly. Your job is to ensure the India team operates efficiently, meets deadlines, communicates clearly, and delivers consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the India-based operations team (~12 people) remotely from Manila
Establish clear workflows, processes, and accountability structures for the team
Conduct regular check-ins, status updates, and performance reviews
