Product Compliance Manager for Softline will be responsible for ensuring all products comply with regional and international regulatory standards across India, Southeast Asia (SEA) & GCC. This role acts as the bridge between business, supply chain, and certification bodies, managing the full lifecycle of product compliance — from design validation to certification and market access.
The individual will lead cross-functional coordination with external agencies such as TÜV, SGS, and Bureau Veritas, and internal stakeholders including product management, SCM, Business and quality assurance teams. The role demands strong technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as BIS, ROHS, SABER, G-Mark, and other country-specific requirements, as well as proven program management capability to deliver certifications on time and at scale
