Manager: Product Control and Cleaning

Job Purpose

To manage and direct SAAT Base Maintenance Production Control, Material Control and Cleaning in accordance with SLA's, company and clients' requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the staff schedules, quality standards, safety and regulatory requirements.

Principal Accountabilities

1. To manage and direct the Production Control, Material Control and Cleaning sections in line with regulatory requirements to ensure delivery as per SLAs, company strategic plans and quality standards:
a) Direct staff effectively to ensure maximum productivity.
b) Ensure that there are sufficient resources available to perform base maintenance checks by creating a complete planning system appropriate to the complexity of the work and considering the human performance limitations, quality, safety and turnaround times.
