Job Description

Job Summary 
 :Lead a product development team in Biel, Switzerland, delivering gate driver solutions from concept to series production, including circuit design/simulation, transformer development, and low/high-voltage testing, while coordinating across internal teams and external partners. Ideal for an electrical engineer with 5+ years’ experience, proven technical leadership, strong SPICE and lab skills, and high ownership. Responsibilities: Lead of the product development team in Biel/Switzerland focusing on: 
Development of gate driver solutions from specification to series production following internal processes 
Development of transformers used in gate driver solutions 
Design and optimization of analog and digital circuits with calculations and simulations 
Evaluation of new circuits and components 
Performing of various investigations
