We are looking for an experienced Manager Product Development to lead the design, development, and execution of work wear and industrial garment products from concept to bulk production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new work wear designs in line with market trends and client requirements
• Manage product development process from sampling to bulk approval
• Coordinate with merchandisers, production, and quality teams
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories for industrial garments
• Ensure compliance with safety, durability, and quality standards
