About the role

This is a full-time managerial position within the Personal Finance department of AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, located in Kuala Lumpur. As the Manager, Personal Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's personal finance products and services, focusing on strategic planning, business development, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Assist Department Head in planning and executing Personal Financing product enhancement and new product development.
• Working closely with stakeholders and project team in delivering project completion.
• Perform all analysis, write-up and development of proposals, presentations, approval, workflow and polices for products.
