Purpose

The Manager, Product Enablement is responsible for supporting Client Solutions & Retail Banking initiatives by driving structured planning cycles, strengthening project execution through operational support, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and business cases.

Accountabilities

• Provide project management and administrative leadership across multiple initiatives, ensuring timelines, risks, and dependencies are actively managed.
• Partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to streamline delivery processes, reducing bottlenecks and improving time‑to‑market.
