**Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:**

+ Responsible for maintaining and enhancing suite of product features on behalf of Singapore product team, including but not limited to
+ Modifiable vs non modifiable aspects of product
+ Projected impacts for each modifiable product aspect (financial, operational, risk, compliance etc.)
+ Assessing availability of appropriate internal and/or external resources/partners required to deliver specific product modifications
+ Removing/replacing outdated/non beneficial aspects of product offerings
+ Key collaborator with Business Development Team, Client Management Team, Underwriters, Actuarial, Operations, Network and D&A teams to work on plan design review, product proposals for new clients & renewals.
