Manager, Product Marketing, Trauma

We're currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Product Marketing, Trauma to drive the strategic direction, exececution, and commercial success of our Trauma product portfolio across UK and Northern Europe.

In this leadership role , you will guide a team of Professionals / Product Marketers (currently 4 direct reports), oversee product strategy, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners – including sales leadership, finance, asset, Commercial, and Customer teams.

You will combine strong marketing expertise with people leadership and business acumen to elevate the portfolio, support growth, and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.
