Manager, Product & Operational Controls

Overview

The Manager, Product & Operational Controls is responsible for implementing and managing controls across various rules and processes within the organisation. This role ensures that all operational activities comply with established standards and regulations, enhancing efficiency and minimising risks. The role will lead a team of Analysts/Specialists to maintain and develop controls as required.

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities

Design, implement, and monitor control systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations 

Prepare and present reports on control effectiveness and compliance status to senior management.
