In this dynamic role, you'll spearhead the creation and standardization of product washes for our ready-to-wear collection. By collaborating with Product Creative and Manufacturing teams, you will ensure that each wash meets aesthetic and technical standards. Your leadership will foster a cross-functional wash approval process to maintain high-quality production.

• Manage daily operations to align with corporate goals
• Create a collaborative wash approval outline for team accountability
• Design washes that meet creative and regulatory standards
• Provide Manufacturing Suppliers with necessary wash specifications
• Oversee the entire wash asset lifecycle, from development to application
