Role Overview The Professional Services Engineering Manager leads a team of Professional Services Engineers in the UK, ensuring high-quality, efficient and profitable delivery of technical projects and client onboarding. This role bridges technical leadership and operational management, serving as both an administrative support to the Director of Professional Services Engineering and the technical backstop for the engineering team. The Manager is responsible for mentoring engineers, driving process improvements and maintaining technical standards across all projects and onboardings.
