Manager, Project (BU2)

Job Purpose:
Responsible in assisting the Head of Township (HOT) in planning up to approval(s) of new township development (Bandar Bukit Raja 5).
The job purpose holds the following core roles, i.e, provide insightful and strategic input for planning development.
To carry out necessary tasks and assisting HOT to ensure that all revenue and profit set by Management is achieved.
Responsible in assisting the HOT on any additional tasks. Job Responsibilities: Activation of new township development:
Assist in the preparation of master layout plan, proposed development strategy and launching plan in order to capture the market trend and ensure maximum take-up rate.
Carry out financial feasibility study to ensure all threshold set by management is achieved.
Prepare relevant paper / presentation etc. to obtain approval from management. Including land/development matters.
Assist in coordination meeting with consultants to proceed with KM submission.
