JOB SUMMARY

Lead the strategic planning, management and execution control of branch development projects, operational process digitalisation and service enhancement initiatives to ensure consistent corporate image, operational effectiveness and efficient delivery of KWSP services across all branches.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Strategic Planning & Branch Development

• Plan, coordinate and control the execution of branch development, relocation and refurbishment projects in alignment with KWSP's corporate strategy.
• Assess the suitability of locations, design concepts and space capacity based on customer and operational profiles.
• Prepare branch development masterplans, implementation schedules, risk analyses and mitigation plans.

2. Branch Design, Standardisation & Profiling
