About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Store Design & Project Management team as a Construction Project Manager. This role is integral in leading and overseeing the construction aspects of new store development, renovation and refurbishment projects across various locations mainly within Asia Pacific , ensuring alignment with the Group's growth objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities: Execute Group's store development strategy and develop comprehensive project plans for store openings and renovations in alignment with Group's business objectives. Deliver, oversee and report on overall project preparation and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints as well as aligning with brand standards.
