The salary range for this position is CAD $55.25 - $79.42 / hour.

Job Summary

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced project and portfolio professional ready to drive meaningful, system‑wide impact. As Manager, Projects & Planning, you’ll leverage your deep expertise in project delivery, decision support, and LEAN initiatives to guide complex, multi‑site projects that advance Mental Health & Substance Use’s strategic goals.

You’ll bring a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Health, or a related field—along with a decade of progressive leadership experience—to mentor high‑performing teams, strengthen governance and reporting, and partner with internal and government stakeholders.
