Job Description

The Program Development (PD) team sits in the Mumbai office and works on new program design to increase the reach and impact of TechnoServe India’s work. The PD team is responsible for designing high impact and innovative programs on agriculture, entrepreneurship, climate change and sustainable food value chains. The role would develop, lead and strengthen fundraising strategies, and strategic partnerships with international donors. 
The position would be based out of Mumbai.  
Specific tasks would include (but not limited to) 
Design innovative programs on value chain strengthening, improve farmer incomes, sustainable sourcing, regenerative agriculture, entrepreneurship, and conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and gaps. 
Perform donor landscaping to map potential funding sources and tailor program design to align with donor priorities and market needs.
