Manager, Provider Organization Growth & Optimization

Reporting to the Head of Provider Management, this role will be responsible for driving the implementation of network initiatives in Hong Kong, with a focus on optimizing key provider relationships, monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives, and delivering measurable results against KPIs such as network utilization target. This role will play a critical part in advancing provider utilization management for cost effectiveness, supporting commercial engagements for new business growth, and collaborating on product development to enhance guidance for clients and customers. The position stretches from day-to-day operational contract renewals to network strategy formulation and execution.
