Manager QA/ QC and R&D

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Manager – QA / QC & R&D with strong hands-on experience in chemical reactions and formulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quality systems, ensuring product compliance, leading research & development activities, and improving existing formulations through scientific and analytical approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and monitor QA/QC systems in compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure raw materials, in-process, and finished products meet defined quality standards.
• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure process consistency and quality improvement.
