Job Summary
Ensures all precast concrete products meet required quality standards, project specifications and regulatory guidelines
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the QA/QC Department to support precast manufacturing.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001.
Oversees material inspections, concrete testing, and product quality checks.
Oversee precast panel inspection at required various stages (post-pour & pre-delivery).
To understand the repeated defects and find the root cause and solve the issue.
Manage and ensure all quality related matters of our precast panels delivered at construction sites are in order and to be the connecting point between Gamuda IBS factory and their respective Clients.
To ensure all employees, including sub-contractors and suppliers are complied with company's QAQC procedures.
