Job Description- Quantity Surveyor

Location : Bangalore/Delhi/Mumbai

Job Description as given below :

• Estimation & Billing.

• Estimation of MEP (HVAC , Electrical , Plumbing , Fire Fighting , Networking , Etc )

• Certification of R/A and final bills of the contractors and vendors as per the stipulated terms Conditions of the respective contract agreement.

• Understanding drawings of all disciplines and calculating the quantities for MEP Works.

• Preparation of BOQ, Estimation & Budget along with the technical specification as per the initial tender drawings and formulating priced BOQ as per the market rates for the Design & build projects.

• Preparation of Quantity Variations with respect to the GFC, Non-Tender items Rate analysis

• Checking & certifying all consultants, Contractors, and sub-contractors’ bills and passing to accounts department.
