The
Manager – Quality Assurance
is responsible for ensuring accurate shipment reconciliation, operational compliance, and service quality across courier operations by monitoring performance, managing exceptions, and driving continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the debriefing team to reconcile shipment data from multiple couriers
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and timely, accurate reconciliations
• Receive and record all undelivered shipments using rider day-close forms
• Ensure all shipment statuses are updated in the system by end-of-day
• Categorize undelivered shipments for reattempt, hold, or return
• Ensure recovery of all undelivered shipments from couriers
• Escalate day-close failures to area management
• Manage POD corrections and coordinate exceptions through the system
• Report and escalate incidents such as loss, robbery, or discrepancies
