Responsibilities:
.Customer Quality:
-Be the customer interface for any claim alert or other concern
-Able to analyze the customer returns (zero km and warranty) following the PDCA methodology and with respect to the lead time to customer response
-Is the quality interface when customer audit will be done in production facility
-Insure that efficient preventive actions to solve potential incidents are introduced during project phase.
-Submission of Initial Samples and PPAP to the customer
System Quality:
-Manage the Quality system including IATF16949, Coordinate and participate in system and process audits (customer, 3. Party, internal audits)
-Provide Quality training to the employees.
Laboratory and Incoming Inspection:
-Insure that the lab tests will be completed on time (for new products and current production in line with the timing plan)<...
