• to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards ;
• to ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards ;
• to hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy ;
• supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them ;
• to plan the budget for the pharmacy.
