Manager, Raw Material Trims & digitization

About the Role

This role requires deep trims sourcing and category expertise, combined with strong digital acumen to help advance trim digitization across the Raw Materials organization. The role will manage trims strategy and supplier management while partnering cross-functionally to enable digital material capabilities that improve speed, efficiency, and decision-making.

What You'll Do

Lead and execute trims sourcing strategies by applying strong technical and functional expertise to support both short-term needs and long-term business priorities, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.

Develop and manage the global trims supply base, with a focus on supplier segmentation, capability building, performance improvement, and risk mitigation.
