Manager - Real Estate Advisory

WSP is seeking a Manager to join our growing Real Estate Advisory team in the Middle East. The role will be based in Riyadh and will be focused on managing real estate consulting assignments across Saudi Arabia, including market research, feasibilities and highest and best use studies, among others.

+ Managing real estate consulting assignments including oversight of project planning, execution and team management
+ Acting as primary contact for client assignments, managing communication with the client team and other key stakeholders.
+ Conducting detailed reviews of deliverables, ensuring the highest degree of quality and alignment with WSP brand standards.
+ Leading client meetings and presentations.
+ Providing on-the-job training and guidance for Consultants and Senior Consultants.
+ Contributing to business development through client sourcing, attending networking events and proposal and bid preparation.
