Manager, Regional Brand IP

This role will be responsible to lead the development, protection, and enforcement of the brand's intellectual property portfolio.
This role ensures the brand identity is safeguarded across all touchpoints — from store design and product packaging to brand characters and collaborations — while unlocking opportunities for IP-led growth in local and global markets.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic IP Development
• Develop and implement long-term IP strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
• Leverage the brand's intellectual property portfolio to support business growth and creative innovation.
• Partner with senior leadership, legal, and business units to advise on IP-related matters for brand expansion and licensing.
• Oversee the development of IP frameworks for new store concepts, product lines, and characters.
Trademarking Protection
• Manage the registration, monitoring, and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, and other brand assets.
