Manager Regulatory Compliance

Job Purpose:

To support Head of Regulatory Compliance for Mashreq Digital Bank in Pakistan in ensuring that the Bank remains compliant with all applicable regulatory requirement issued and directions given by the Financial Regulatory Authorities in Pakistan and risk mitigation strategy is in consistent with Mashreq Group's vision.

Risk Mitigation

• To ensure that key changes (to Laws, Regulations and rules) are identified and disseminated to the relevant stakeholders in country and globally, if required.
• Assistance to Head Regulatory Compliance to identify the horizon risks related to regulatory framework.
• In the event of critical regulatory breaches, or where risk tolerance has breached, assist Head of Regulatory Compliance with the relevant work streams in order to ensure senior management and relevant regulators are informed and that actions are taken quickly to remediate the same.
