Our Remittance Operation Department is expanding and we are looking for incumbents who are keen to join us on this journey

Job Description:

• Manage end to end daily remittance transactions processing and/or authorization of outward and inward SWIFT payments and local payments such as IBG, RENTAS, MEPS, RTGS etc.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely and in compliance with the customers' instructions, regulatory requirements and respective countries and Bank's policies and procedures
• To assist Section Head of ensure smooth daily departmental operations and effective controls of all transactions.
• Manages the resolution of routine/day to day issues and provide support to branch with regards to customer enquiries, complaints, investigations, and problem solving.
