General Summary of Position
Under the general direction of the Director of Data & Analytics manages the reporting and analytics team for the Health Plan. Manages mentors and trains a group of health analysts for both the Maryland and DC office. Oversees the development and production of high-quality analytic reports for use internally and externally. This includes overseeing the quality of health analytics performed by the team managing an internal report request process to ensure that data reports are developed and delivered on time and are of the highest quality. Identifies process improvement opportunities across all areas within the position's purview and makes recommendations or implementing changes to maximize efficiency and quality of analytic work.
