Manager – Reporting Operations

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage the daily operations of the RtR team, overseeing trial balance collection, workbook preparation, KPI dashboard creation, and consolidation activities

•  Lead the month-end and year-end close process for assigned business units (InCorp, DSA) across all jurisdictions

•  Prepare and review legal entity financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) and consolidation packages

•  Oversee cash, bank account, and cash flow reporting for assigned business units

•  Manage and maintain management reporting KPI files, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to stakeholders

•  Coordinate with country finance teams for trial balance submissions, variance explanations, and data quality assurance

•  Support Group consolidation activities for the full Ascentium group (InCorp, Harneys, VirtuZone, Links, DSA)
