Manager Residential Services Maryknoll (AOD & Mental Health)

We are seeking an experienced Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) professional to manage the daily operations of our 24/7 residential rehabilitation facility, located 10 minutes from Pakenham on a 40‑acre property.

Full‑time, permanent position; approximately Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Includes generous salary packaging and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work‑life balance.

• Manage day‑to‑day operational processes and develop and regularly review systems and processes that ensure effective program delivery.
• Ensure program planning and delivery focus on client needs, using evidence and data to guide decision‑making.
