Manager - Resource Planning (Resource Management)

Position Overview
The Resource Manager (RM) support organisation-wide resource planning. This role is responsible to assess and support Heads, Project Directors (PDs) and Project Managers (PMs) in areas of resource management, such as resource planning, utilization, allocation and manpower requisition processes. The aim is to effectively utilize and leverage appropriate resources to align with business strategy. You will also provide input to enable effective resourcing strategy and deployment of resources based on business needs and skillsets required.

• Liaise with hiring managers to understand business needs.
• Perform screening of candidates, profiling resources accordance to business current and future needs.
• Track profiles received from all vendors in all stages of the hiring process from profiling, interviews, shortlisting to onboarding.
