Manager Resource Utilization

**Description**

As MISO’s Manager – Resource Utilization, you will lead a team at the center of critical transmission planning and interconnection activities that directly impact grid reliability, market efficiency, and the integration of new energy resources across the MISO footprint.

This is more than a technical leadership role. It is an opportunity to guide strategy, develop talent, improve processes, and influence how planning models, study methodologies, and interconnection evaluations support the evolving energy landscape.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the execution of generator modification studies, generator retirement studies, and HVDC studies in alignment with MISO Tariff and BPM requirements
