Job Description

Retail Operations
Lead retail operational management across O&O channels and provide operational support for Partner Retail channels
Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, and processes
Drive operational excellence across stores through disciplined execution and follow-up
Monitor operational compliance including inventory, staffing, store standards, and process execution
Identify operational gaps and implement improvement actions
Support operational readiness for promotions, launches, seasonal transitions, and new initiatives
Retail Analytics & Business Performance
Own weekly and monthly retail performance reporting and analysis
Monitor key KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, AUR, labor productivity, and store productivity
Analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations to channel leaders
