Manager, Revenue & Data Analytics (Toronto)

Fitzrovia is seeking to hire a Manager, Revenue & Data Analytics to drive revenue performance and enhance data‑driven decision‑making across our residential portfolio. Leveraging a mix of proprietary data, third‑party market intelligence, and advanced analytics, this role will develop and execute pricing, concession, and marketing strategies to optimize rent rolls, occupancy, and overall asset value.

This position is being created to support anticipated growth. The role will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Asset Management, Marketing, Leasing and Operations to align financial goals with leasing and marketing execution. The successful candidate will be required to work in‑office.
