Manager Sabah Operations (MISC Marine)

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to‑day operations of pilotage, mooring master, loading master and other contractual marine services for PFLNG 1 and PFLNG 2 under Sabah Operations (SBO), supporting activities at Sabah Oil & Gas Terminal and offshore LNG operations. The role ensures seamless planning and provision of pilotage and mooring master services in line with client requirements, optimising resources to maintain operational readiness and service excellence.

Additionally, the position drives continuous improvement in competency standards for marine professionals, while monitoring contractor and vendor performance to ensure full compliance with Company, clients, national and international regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency and operational performance.
