Job Summary:

The Safety and Health Officer (SHO) is responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA 1994) and other relevant Malaysian regulations. This role involves conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, and safety training programs to prevent workplace accidents and health hazards. The SHO will also maintain safety documentation, coordinate emergency response plans, participate in safety committees, and provide expert safety and health advice to management.
